Life and Death Through a Gospel Lens - with Dr. Kathryn Butler
In today's episode, Dr. Kathryn Butler (Katie) joins the show to discuss how Christians should view life and death and medical intervention with a gospel-centered perspective. Her book Between Life and Death: A Gospel-Centered Guide to End-of-Life Medical Care is incredibly helpful and insightful. We're grateful for this conversation about modern medical practices, the differences between preserving life and prolonging death, physician-assisted suicide, and what Christians need to know in order to wisely make decisions for themselves and their loved ones.
Editor’s note: Since the end of November, 2019 our content director and podcast host, Bethany Barendregt has been recovering from an accident. While she’s healing, we will continue to publish previously recorded interviews, but there won’t be any intros, outros, or devotionals recorded for the episodes.
Thanks for continuing to listen to the Women Encouraged podcast! We’re grateful for your continued support and fellowship in the gospel.
