Devotional transcript:
O Lord, you’ve made us for yourself, and we know what is truly good as we truly know you, our God.
Make us women of your word, who love your ways because we love you.
Whatever afflictions we find ourselves in the midst of, revive our hearts according to your word.
Search our hearts, give us minds that seek you and pursue virtue because we want to faithfully reflect who you are.
Remind us of your gospel power to change us, and strengthen us by your spirit to fix our minds on you.
(From Philippians 4:) May our graciousness be known to everyone. Because you’re near, may we put away worry and anxiety and present our requests to you with prayer and petition with thanksgiving. Lord, give us your peace, which surpasses all understanding to guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. And may we dwell on what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable and praiseworthy, because of Jesus’ work for us,
Amen.
